Chapter 1.
You know, I have been bold enough, if not too bold, to post this out…
Basically, the company that I work for is a bit unusual: you can find all kinds of people here; you may count our company as the one on the edge of entering entertainment circles.
Our boss is really having a design on getting into the entertainment circle, though only a couple of boys (“fairy boys” let’s call them) are making a good show. We all agree that our boss is totally “blind”, yet he wants to make money out of this. It is fortunate that the boys at our company are all golds that glitter, no matter at which perspective. My apologies if I have gone too far…
Our company’s main goal is to make idol groups; currently it is not too good nor too bad. Fans would know once someone mentions the name of the company, but the others wouldn’t.
Since the mean age in our idol group is young, I mean really young, I couldn’t even remember how long they have been here in the company. Time flies, you know.
For me, my writing is almost of free-style, so it can stray from the points easily. The reason I am writing this, is that two of the boys in our company are so cute. We have always been together (because of work apparently). When it comes to the time when they have been too cute, I really want to find someone to talk about it, even though I am not allowed to tell you everything I know. If anyone happens to share the same feelings with me after he/she reads this article, I would be contented.
Since only the young boys are making money for the company (no joke!), the captain of the group really owns a high status - like “no one above him but the boss” - in the company.
People feel it to be over-exaggerating, but think it this way: my company is out of pocket after all; in terms of social influence there is even less to be talked about; perhaps the best job our company has done is to find those cute boys. To me, they are cute whatsoever, who can easily catch other’s (girls’ in particular) eyes. Boys in adolescence like to “beat about the bush” (i.e. speak vaguely). Sometimes it becomes hard for me to tell which parts of the conversation are real, and which are not.
The boy with a younger age - let’s call him “Little White”, though no one actually called him that way… I call him Little White only in mind - has turned even cuter than before, but it seems that he is growing up. I think this nickname fits him well, even though other parts of him do not seem to be relevant to the name “Little White”. As long as he keeps silent, one would say that he is definitely the finest boy at his age. Whereas when he talks, his Mandarin is… well, not that good. The boy with an elder age is a guy with high status - well, this statement seems to be flawed; everyone in that group is of “high status”. It is just that he is the oldest of all members in the group, so that his adolescent rebellion period comes the first. Every time after someone in the company chats with him, he/she would almost be half killed. He is also good-looking, but just with worse temper; he looks more invasive/aggressive than Little White - let’s call him “Y”.
Where shall we start… Little White and Y were on bad terms for a short while, but because of work, they were still with each other. When they took a ride, one chose to sit at the front and the other at the back. On the way to work, both kept silent. While after they went on a show (Little White is someone who gets anxious before the show, but who gets dedicated after going onto the stage), Y found that Little White had answered all the questions that were intended for him to answer. Therefore, Y thought that they two were reconciled. It was cold that day, Y just unconsciously held Little White’s hand, and put it into his pocket. On the way back, the other member of the team fell asleep in the car. Y and Little White both sat at the back this time. It was quiet before Little White suddenly took his hand out of Y’s, murmured in a low voice, “Don’t come any closer! We are not done yet!”
Guess I am the shining light bulb then…?

I really like Little White, probably because I like people with good looking. His skin is really fair, and he looks pretty too. (真的翻译不下去了…特么的怎么这么多重复！别犯花痴了这位工作人员OK？？？)
At the beginning, Little White’s Mandarin is not that good.
It is hard. I am not native here, so I do not own a sense of what sounds like the “standard Mandarin”. Little White, however, keeps practicing Mandarin privately. Once in a while he will find people around to create an atmosphere for language study, but Y said to him that “this is OK”, and “no one would blame you for your not-so-standard Mandarin”.
Little White keeps practicing regardless. He likes to repeat a sentence several times, with clear articulation and a full, mellow tone. （字正腔圆不知道怎么翻，，求大腿…）Well in my opinion it is still… not so good, especially for him speaking such a long sentence.
At this moment, Y would come and comfort Little White in dialect, “It's OK, it's OK. What are you afraid of?” Little White would then lose his temper and yell: “Silence!”
Though Little White is cute, when he gets angry it could be a nightmare.
Put it this way, Y is acting like an adult, whereas Little White is intrinsically more mature than Y.
Y gives us an impression that he is going to grow into a handsome man, yet with bad temper. The fans thinks that he is more or less like the “King”, but they must never think of him as an “Sha Bai Tian” (傻白甜，i.e. simple-minded). Although he always tries to act as himself being mighty and defiant, the truth is, that he simply wants to maintain a good image（维护形象...不会翻译） in front of others.
Little White, on the other hand, has a mild temper: when he talks to you in private he will keep his voice low, not because of lack of confidence, but just that he thinks there is no point speaking loudly. It does not count for the cases when he gets excited. （本来想就用high的，，但是high在英文里面的示意实在太不好了，就改成了小学生的excited。。。）
He is of the type when you crack a joke with him, he will not get mad easily. If you do made him lose his temper, however, he could bear the grudges for a long time, which makes you feel uncomfortable from time to time. It is not that he cannot tolerant anything - he usually doesn’t get angry after all; it is just once he gets angry, his mind probably reminds himself that he couldn’t just let the things slip that easily.
Often Little White does not show his anger explicitly towards Y. Silence treatment is their style, but things usually just get resolved somehow after a while. Once Little White was drinking cold drinks with ice during dinner - well, he was actually eating the ice. He was not able to finish up drinking the entire pop; as a result, he put the ice in plain water, stirring it with his chopsticks, which he later took the ice out by hands so that he can have it all. Y had told him a couple of times that this was no good to his voice. Little White didn’t seem to hear what Y was saying. He just laughed since he got overly excited on what he is playing with. The problem is, Little White did have a case history of bronchitis. Y was of course not happy on the way back to hotel. On the other hand, Little White just thought Y had been taking this too seriously. It did not end up well that night. Y was angry simply because Little White did not listen to him, over and over again. Subsequently, Y couldn’t stand such silence treatment, and said that he was going to humour Little White. Then he would complain to the staffs things like “why he never listens to me”… One of the assistants interrupted him, “Come on, you have never made it during the silence treatment. Why would it matter this time?”
There is another thing: our company is getting better. To the very least, the physical condition for the trainees is good now, just that the trainers and the training mode are still…you know what I mean… Anyways, I am going to repeat my point that I love Little White! （我只想问一下这位花痴作者你还好么…摊手…）
The company is getting better, but the training mode stays still. I honestly did not advocate for this, but my standpoint won’t take effects.
And my company right now only hires good-looking boys… (？？？OK Fine…)
Speaking of Little White and Y again, at the beginning they just tried to attract for more fans. They are not separated at any time, but who knows that later they could get along well with each other to such extent. Maybe during the time when they were attracting fans they ended up unexpectedly attracting each other as well…（噗，再见好嘛）
【小白和y后来一直跑通告】
Little White and Y are busy with all kinds of activities afterwards. They spent most of their time in airplanes since the activities usually distribute in different cities of China, and they are only allowed to take one or two weeks off. If they got a day of spare time they would go back to school that day, but not the day after that. Little White does not show much keenness on study: his mind can very easily get distracted during class. There has been a time when right after Little White finished his class, he went straight to the sofa and lay beside Y, carrying on his head to Y’s shoulder. Little White’s hair became a mess, and then he called with Y’s full name: “Ah my head becomes so heavy… Oh my goodness how can it be so heavy…Doesn’t that hurt? Your shoulder? If you buy me snacks I will stop it. Hum? How is the deal? Hey!” We knew that he was spoiling towards Y.
When it comes to a time when Little White gets so lazy that he did not even want to Google/Baidu his homework, he will just ask Y, “Do you know about this?” Y usually replies, satisfyingly, “How simple this is! You little silly goose.”

I want to make it clear, how the statement of “child labour” comes about. It was late that night, after the group finished rehearsal, Little White said, “The way you employ us, is that child labour? ” Then he turned to his group members, “So we should wait here for the police.” Y responded, “The police will arrest us! You little fool. The police will mostly catch people like you!” （这段翻得不太好，，请高人指点）
It then turns into a joke. While the fans’ points can sometimes be wired and distorted, don’t think overhead… In fact, there is a large discrepancy in personality between Y and Little White. As mentioned before that Y is defiant - it is not like he don’t want to lose in everything, to the most he would feel a little discomfortable, whispering a few sentences, and that’s it. To tell the truth, he was actually the one with good temper. It seems like he is petulant, while this is the way he expresses himself. He has someone to worship, has the thing he wants to accomplish. He is soft-hearted, just that he acts more wildly than he actually is.
Little White is different. You will say he is cute and quiet at the first glance. Even though his personality is actually like his appearance, when he gets angry that truly is worrisome. His anger is not stubbornness or willfulness, nor is it that he is unwilling to make a concession. I guess that is the bottom-line he set for himself. As times goes on, he will become smarter, tenderer, while the “armour” on his mind will become stronger. He rarely cares about whether it is a “win” or a “lose”. It looks like he did not have a thing to insist on, but in some special cases, he is who he is.
Kindness is part of him; so is the principle.

Little white has the fondness to make up stories out of his own mind and speak it out. Like, “Ah, my throat feels sore”, “I am heading to the rehearsal”, “I am having high fever”, “I am gonna pass away on the stage tomorrow”, “My name will be on the headlines”, “I’m doomed”…
Once I have asked him, “Y got the medicine, why don’t you go and ask him?” He then shouted towards Y’s room, “(Y’s full name) Can you give me a few pills?” Y did not step out from the room. Little White smiled, and he continued, “Cheer up, (Y’s full name)!” Then Little White bursted into laughters.
But what is the point of this?…
Little White’s selfie skill is… poor, I would say. He is way prettier than the selfies he takes himself. If I remember correctly, his skill was fair once. I don’t know which path he is taking on right now. Y is good, his eyes in particular. Now Y grows up, so when he looks at people, he will try his best to make himself cool (or maybe that is just a way of showing off his prettiness). Little White once said, “No wonder you are the captain. Passing through the flowers, you take dozens of them.” （万花丛中过…翻译无力...）
In adolescence, it is not uncommon that they are not as tall as the adults. Usually the height you see on the stage are due to the so-called “Inner heightening insole”. Little White was unable to walk freely with it, and when he gets excited one will be thinking him doing boxing…
Once Little White hopped out of the stage, he stood there for a while. Y came and asked, “Are you alright?”. Little White turned to him, smiling, “No no, I’m fine. Just that the insole seems too tall for me.”
There was a bunch of equipments during the show. You must know of that sort of scarf, the thick one. I am not sure where it gets Little White, he laughed at Y, “You are like the short-necked horse!” Y made a pose of hitting his head, but with Little White on tiptoe, Little White’s head landed perfectly under Y’s palm.
This should be a cozy moment.

In the training place, there used to be a basketball hoop with a thin pole underneath it. They had been sneaking out and playing basketball. Their shooting postures, some seem professional, but the rest are not. Afterwards, maybe they wanted to do something fancy: when Little White jumped, Y tried to lift him so that Little White can make a dunk. But they failed - Both of them ended up lying on the ground… （这段没翻：杆子这么细，怎么可能给你吊着啊…？？？这位小姐姐你再说神马？？？）
（哦，后面那段完全没看懂。。。什么练习生踩了y说我姓X。。。）
Little White feels proud of his zodiac constellations（星座，这个我乱翻的...希望有高人指点。另外大家不要被我误导。。。）. He believes that his zodiac constellation has the best name of all, charming and mysterious. This was’t the first time that he claimed he was destined to be one who does great things. Y then would assent or tease him as a result.
Speaking of Little White making jokes with others, I have to say that he is inherently an actor. “Hello everyone, I am a star from XXX. My company owns pitiful number of stars. My company is thus a briefcase company!”
Each time when Little White acted like this, he was so cute in my eyes, though the content of his speech was a bit off… People found it funny anyways. Y aside would just persuade himself like “I am good”, “They don’t understand”, “Innocence is not guilty.”, etc.
There are also times when they acted as their own fans. “Ahhhhhhhhh, Y I love you!”, “Ahhhhhhh Little White!” They were really acting to their full potentials, and the one who acted as the celebrity would respond, “I love you all! I love you too!” Y run out of words easily. Normally he would question Little White, “Isn’t that silly!”
They will start packaging the night before they take off. They don’t have anything that is considered to be a must-taking. They can, therefore, just replace a few goods with them, and it is good to go. Little White dislikes the one who does packaging. If I asked him, “where does your passport go?” “I put it in the same pile in Y’s luggage. ” “Do you have your key card with you?” “Oh I put it in Y’s place.” “Hey, why don’t you put yourself with him altogether?!” “Oh right, I am with him right now.” …….
They enjoy staring at their phones, I mean, they are really looking at their own stuffs. As the young generation, surfing on Internet to them is a piece of cake, unlike me who investigated for a while on how to, for example, putting this article online… Someone online wrote novels about them. They will actually take a look at those, just for fun. Little White sighed from time to time, “Sigh, why they wrote the endings like we being separated again…” It is the same plot with the same trick every time.
“Can’t you stay positive upon this?” Y said to him, “Little White, there is nothing to worry about. There must be one day when we become so popular that no one can ever doubt on us.”

Little White is of the type that when he feels great he will show his cuteness. When he starts doing this, no one can resist such charm. Little White won’t care about his surroundings, though, when he loses his temper. Once again he was having an argument with Y, since Y was putting some harsh words on Little White. Well, the cause was that Little White did not perform well during the rehearsal. Y was getting anxious thereafter. Consequently, he might have said some words that hurt Little White. In the end they quarrelled again… Little White was in a really sad mood that day; his eyes were almost red with weeping（对不起。。。哭红了眼眶我不知道怎么翻译）, and he muffled, “(Y’s full name)! I am hoping that you fall in bipolar disorder! Go cure it yourself!” Little White left after those words.
It appeared to be severe this time, and Y had no way out. After two days, Y came closer to Little White, saying, “It’s all my fault… Don’t be angry now… Let me see… Look how elegant your eyebrows are…” Back and forth like this several times, they got reconciled again.

Sometimes the boorish man can be mild on the inside. Although most of the times he/she is being direct when getting along with others, and you cannot expect them to say some nice words, he/she are only willing to express what they are about to say in a seemingly tough way. Since Y cannot keep chattering all the time, his words usually carry weights. He hopes that the ones he deemed as important are able to understand what he implies, rather than turn a deaf ear towards his words. Each individual is an independent unit of the society, so it becomes hard for us to look after someone else. Life for both Y and Little White is not easy. Y is the kind-hearted hero. All the parts he hides from the public, are protected by himself. All of the above consists of his unique charm.
Little White was talking to Y, “Stop laughing! Look how silly you are right now! I told you stop laughing! Stop! Well, see how I laugh…” Little White then just goes on with the conversation.
They also use some fashionable words coming from the Internet. On one occasion, Y was putting on makeup and watching his phone at the same time. He was turning down the pages one by one; I have no idea what he is looking at. In the end, he suddenly shouted aloud, “It scared out of the milk within my mouth!” (Note: some recent Chinese idiom)
Little White seemed to be confused, “What? You were drinking milk?” I assume that Little White did not learn about this sentence online. Y replied to him, “Nope. I just want to say that even though I am still a teenager, I am bearing such excessive handsomeness which does not belong to my age. Hope everyone, especially you, can treat me nicely. Hope everyone can cherish their time, their family, and their friends.”
Well, being happy is really important. Y considered himself as the elder brother as to Little White, who can spill those bad moods for Little White while he was down. When Little White does feel sad, however, he will not mention it to anyone, including Y. Each time Y will go and ask, “what happened?”, while Little White keeps silent nonetheless. It is a hard time for Y to understand Little White. His mindset is like “why there exists such things that you cannot even tell me”. Later Y seems to be getting used to it; as a result, he questions less, though in fact, he was still at a loss.
The thing is that Little White will sometimes sulk towards himself. There was a time when he kept non-talking, even when he got into the car. Y could not bear Little White being so depressed like this; therefore he finally asked, “what really just happened?” Little White was playing with his cellphone alone without any response. With Little White’s head inclining downwards, tears welled from his eyes. Y said, “Don’t look at it any more…” and took Little White’s cellphone away. Y saw what was displayed on the screen - it was like “you are the luckiest people in the world who are beloved by everyone”…I couldn’t possibly recall all the details. I just remembered Little White then mentioned that such depression cannot be expressed in words, and was telling Y stop caring him upon this problem. Y then said, “I know. I know what you meant.”
Let’s put it this way: One of the fans claimed that “Little White was the best of all worlds. And he is lucky, too. He deserves the love from the entire world”, which all of a sudden made Little White extremely sorry. He was not like this before… On that occasion he was probably just feeling lonely, as he was not that lucky as the fans thought he would be. I apologize for my poor wordings…
It was impossible for me to see what was on Little White’s screen… otherwise I wouldn’t make such a bad story… Nevertheless I am paying attention to their feelings from time to time. If they encountered some tough situation, they would share it with me. I would too ask them about their moods, etc.

Switching between songs
“If I am DJ, DJ, will you still love me?” (Note: some Chinese pop song). That makes Little White cute and lovely.
It becomes dry in the winter. Although Y and Little White valued their appearance, but not that much…… Other staff will help put on the makeups for both of them; Little White was thinking it as a task. Y did not really like the makeups, but he will mind if skipping those steps affects his appearance.
When it comes to the very end, Little White just told Y that, “Come over here. Have a wash for your face.” After that, Little White was helping Y put on the makeups, he found something not so right, so he asked… “You are not purposefully waiting for this moment, aren’t you?”
During the time when they were watching a movie, which talked about the protagonists eventually meeting up with each other, though they were living in a different city back then. They were watching it in a serious manner - I really mean it. Y asked Little White, “Where he lands are actually far away from her. Do you know why they still make to meet with each other?”
Y pondered for a while and then answered, “Because of love.”

On another occasion when it encountered a nice weather. Y and Little White were planing to ride out to play. On the way they have seen couple of maple trees. With a gust of wind blowing by, the leaves are falling off. It was beautiful. Y said, “Look at that: 'Little Whites' all over the place”. Little White asked, “Have I been red?” Y told the other staff, “Perhaps I am just too handsome which makes Little White blush!”
After they reached the destination, Little White was playing with his cellphone sitting on his bicycle pad. Y then went there and kept ringing the bell, which had become annoying. Little White stared at him and shouted, “What's wrong with you!” Y replied, “I hope you could look up into me. Please concentrate!” （“我希望你能抬头看看我。”抱歉这一句翻译的不好...）
